We offer organic yarrow hydrolate for foods, which comes from the plant with the botanical name Achillea millefolium. The hydrolate bears the name White Yarrow organic hydrolate for food. The plant belongs to the Asteraceae family, and the plantations that provide the raw material for the distillate are located in Bulgaria. Cultivation follows an organic regime, which is why the composition contains no traces of synthetic fertilizers, while the plant mass retains its natural aromatic profile. The product is obtained by steam distillation, which gives the scent a pure and unaltered direction without the involvement of other substances. The aerial stalk, harvested together with the flowers and leaves, is used for the extraction. The hydrolate ranges from colorless to pale yellow. Biseriate glandular hairs are located on the flowers, stems and leaves, which links the harvested aerial mass to the aromatic profile of the finished liquid. Storage

Use only aluminum or glass bottles for food products, preferably dark glass, which protect the hydrolate for foods from light.
