They constitute a legally binding agreement between the customer and the seller and take effect from the moment the customer places an order and it is confirmed. Any use of the website or request for a product automatically implies acceptance of these terms. In the event that a person does not agree with them, they must immediately discontinue access to the platform and refrain from placing any orders.

Products labeled as "organic" or "natural" are accompanied by valid documentation certifying their status and compliance with the relevant requirements. All analyses of composition, physicochemical properties, and safety are carried out by accredited laboratories and can be provided upon request by the customer. If needed, we supply copies of certificates and laboratory reports for each batch—simply contact us and specify the desired product. In addition, every item is accompanied by declarations of conformity, ensuring that the product complies with applicable Bulgarian and European legislation. All documents we provide are fully authentic and valid, and are regularly renewed and updated in accordance with the latest legal requirements and market standards. Order Acceptance
Orders in our online store are accepted around the clock—24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customers are free to browse the catalog, select the desired products, add them to the cart, and complete the order through a simple and intuitive form. To successfully place an order, customers must provide accurate contact details, a valid delivery address, and a preferred payment method, after which the order is confirmed by clicking the “Order” button. Upon completion of the request, the system automatically sends a confirmation email indicating that the order has been received. This email serves solely as a notification that the request has been registered and does not constitute an official confirmation of acceptance or processing of the order.
Final acceptance of the order is carried out after internal verification by one of our staff members. We check the availability of the selected items, the accuracy of the provided information, and, if necessary, we contact the customer for further clarification. The confirmation is issued via a second email or by phone. The order is then processed. If an item is unavailable, we offer alternatives or notify the customer of the expected delivery time. We reserve the right to refuse an order in the case of out-of-stock items, incorrect information, or suspected abuse. In all such cases, the customer will be explicitly informed. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Requests made over the weekend or during official holidays are processed on the next working day. It is important to note that due to the natural origin of the products, there may be slight variations in texture, aroma, or appearance between different batches. The product warranty does not cover cases where the expiration date has passed. Product Claims and Returns
If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order, don’t worry—the complaint procedure is clear and easy to follow. Please contact us immediately after receiving the shipment from the courier and notify us of the issue within 48 hours. To help us process your case quickly, we will ask you to provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product, its packaging, and the delivery note. Once we receive this information, we will carefully review your complaint and inform you of the outcome as soon as possible. If the complaint is approved, we will offer a replacement of the same product or an alternative of equal value, or we will refund the full amount paid. If necessary, we may ask you to return the product for further inspection to ensure proper resolution of the case. You can submit a claim by contacting us via email or phone. In order for a complaint to be accepted, certain conditions must be met to ensure a fair and prompt review of the case. To process your claim, we will need the order number, a detailed description of the problem, and photos of the product, its packaging, and the shipping label. A claim will be accepted if the product has visible defects, has been damaged during transportation, or does not match the ordered item. Additionally, the product must be preserved in the condition in which it was received—unused, unmodified, and undamaged by the customer. If necessary, we may request that the product be returned for further inspection before making a final decision. Once the claim is confirmed, we will offer you a replacement product of the same or equal value, or refund the amount paid in full. Proof of purchase is mandatory—a receipt, invoice, or electronic order confirmation.
Claims will not be accepted if basic conditions of the procedure have been violated or if the issue falls outside the scope of objective responsibility. If the complaint is submitted after the 48-hour window from product delivery, we will not be able to honor the request. Claims are also not accepted for products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer, or in the absence of a valid proof of purchase. If no photos or description of the problem are provided, or it is found that the issue resulted from improper use, storage, mechanical damage, or external factors, the complaint will be rejected. We also do not accept claims for products purchased at a declared discount due to a known defect, approaching expiration date, or other special conditions clearly stated at the time of purchase. Returning a product without prior arrangement with our team will also not be considered a valid complaint.

Ownership of Products
We retain ownership of all delivered goods until full payment has been received. Once payment has been completed in full, ownership of the goods is automatically transferred to the customer. In the event that the received goods do not match the final invoice or are delivered in incorrect quantities, we recommend contacting us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. If payment has been made partially or not received at all, our team will contact the customer via email or phone to clarify the terms and deadlines for completing the payment. We reserve the right to cancel the order if full payment is not received within 14 days of the order being placed, unless a different timeframe has been agreed with the customer. Please note that shipment of the goods will only take place after full payment has been received.
