Description

We present organic yarrow hydrolate for detergents, obtained from the plant Achillea millefolium. It is known as White Yarrow organic hydrolate for detergents. The composition contains neither preservatives nor colorants, and its organic character covers both the raw material and the finished liquid. The fields are maintained according to organic rules, which is evident in the pure plant composition of the distillate. The raw material is taken from the stalk, that is, from the aerial part of the plant together with the flowers. The constituents described for the species include pinene, sabinene, borneol, caryophyllene and bisabolol, which are behind the sweet and herbal character of the scent of the liquid. Spicy notes are added to the sweet and herbal base. It is obtained by distillation with steam, which is why the liquid contains no traces of solvents or other auxiliary extraction substances. The hydrolate ranges from colorless to pale yellow. The hydrolate is a liquid that has gathered the aromatic substances of the plant. The plant is classified in the Asteraceae family, and the plant mass for the distillate comes from Bulgaria. Since the plants are grown without synthetic agents, no substances get into the liquid other than what the aerial part of the plant itself provides. In addition, the absence of colorants explains why the shade moves only within its natural limits. Yarrow gives the liquid both its color and its scent. Therefore, the distillate remains entirely plant-based in composition and organic in the origin of its raw material.

Application
Yarrow hydrolate is used as a plant ingredient in the production of detergents for cleaning and maintaining homes, offices and professional spaces. It is incorporated into all-purpose household solutions, sprays for glass, mirrors and windows, as well as liquids for countertops, walls and tiles, to which it gives a fresh herbal aroma. It is suitable for floor washing concentrates, for bathroom and sanitary room products, and also for disinfecting sprays for surfaces and handles, where it complements the plant-based formula of the composition. It is included in cleaning gels and foams for smooth surfaces and grout joints, in solutions for faience and ceramics, as well as in formulas for ovens and kitchen appliances. The ingredient also finds a place in degreasing concentrates, in care products for furniture and wooden surfaces, in liquids for cleaning devices and in herbal-scented wipes for the kitchen, bathroom and office. It is also used in air freshening sprays, in eco-friendly plant-based products, in solutions for carpets, terraces and outdoor surfaces, as well as in professional concentrates for maintaining hygiene in commercial and public facilities.

Storage

Store organic yarrow hydrolate in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +4°C to +10°C to limit the growth of microorganisms. After opening, use the contents within 6 months and limit the amount of air in the container. Use only aluminum or glass bottles for detergent products, preferably dark glass, which protect the hydrolate for detergents from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and contaminants from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the freshness and quality of the product for a longer period.
