Description

Our natural tansy hydrolate for detergents starts from the species Tanacetum vulgare. In international practice, it bears the name Tansy natural hydrolate for detergents. Botanical classification places the species in the Asteraceae family, and the inflorescences ripen in Bulgarian fields. The flowering plantations are managed naturally. Gentle steam extraction keeps the profile pure, which is why its bitter and rich side stands out distinctly throughout the finished liquid. The raw material for the extraction is provided by the flower heads arranged in dense corymbs, which contain only the yellow tubular florets of the plant. The aroma remains strong, and the bitter, sharp and rich sides are clearly evident in its structure. Biseriate glandular trichomes build the volatile fraction, and the secretion is directed into a subcuticular cavity, which explains the density of the floral scent in the distillate. The coloration of the distillate varies from colorless to slightly greenish. The distillate remains a pure and even liquid. Since the flowering plantations grow naturally, only plant substances remain in the liquid, while preservatives and colorants are absent from the composition. The flower heads enter distillation at full bloom, and it is precisely this maturity that carries the compact aromatic imprint throughout the finished floral distillate. Camphor, chrysanthenyl acetate and thujone are described among the leading substances in the oil of the inflorescences. In addition, the liquid holds its floral line. It is precisely the floral raw material that sets the light coloration and, together with natural care, keeps the strong scent dense and clearly defined throughout the finished profile. Therefore, natural tansy hydrolate maintains a strong connection with its inflorescences.
