Description
Our natural rosehip fruit hydrolate for detergents originates from the species Rosa canina. It bears the name Rosehip natural hydrolate for detergents in international practice. Botanical classification places the species in the Rosaceae family, and the fruits come from Bulgaria. The fruit plantations are managed naturally. Steam distillation is behind the purity of the profile, which is why the fresh and sweet sides of the scent are distinctly perceptible throughout the liquid. The raw material for the extraction is the ripe fruit, whose fleshy hypanthium holds a cluster of the true fruitlets and gives a fruity fullness. The aroma remains strong, and the fresh, sweet and rich sides stand out in it. The inner wall of the hypanthium is covered with short stiff hairs, while the extract remains pure and uniform in its appearance and composition. The coloration of the liquid ranges from colorless to light red. The distillate remains a transparent and even liquid. Since the fruit plantations are cultivated naturally, only the substances of the fruit remain in the liquid, and the composition is free of preservatives and colorants. The fleshy shell of the fruit contains carotenoids, tocopherols and phenolic compounds. Alcohols and esters are among the soluble volatile substances and make up the main part of the scent of the distillate, which is the source of its lightness. In addition, the liquid retains its fruity core. It is precisely the fleshy part of the fruit that determines the light coloration and, together with the gentle extraction, keeps the strong scent pure and clearly defined throughout the distillate. Therefore, natural rosehip fruit hydrolate retains a clear connection with its fruit.
