Description
Our natural sage essential oil for animals is obtained from the species Salvia officinalis. The product bears the name Sage natural essential oil for animals. Its olfactory profile begins fresh, passes through a light sweetness and reaches a floral-fruity finish that closes the entire olfactory path of the product. The strength of this profile ranges between medium and strong. The liquid form of the product has a pale yellowish tone. The tone originates precisely from the green aboveground part, whose cells retain most of the colouring substances. The aboveground plant material comes from fields in Bulgaria, whose crop completes its vegetation naturally and without any artificial push to its development. The crop belongs to the Lamiaceae family, whose representatives tolerate dry and warm habitats in the temperate zone. Natural cultivation also determines the internal composition, because the plant builds its volatile substances without outside assistance and without artificial agents in the open plantations. The advantages of the oil rest on the mature stalk, on the Bulgarian field and on the gentle steam distillation of the green plant material harvested from the field. Steam distillation retains only the volatile part in the liquid, which is why the scent preserves the character of the mature green raw material from the farmland. Only the natural fraction, separated from the mature aboveground stalk, remains in the product. No preservative enters it, and no colourant is added to the oil. The absence of foreign substances leaves the olfactory character entirely to the sage harvest, gathered at a suitable phase of the plantations' development. The entirely plant-based foundation maintains a uniform olfactory profile with each new extraction. The green stalk remains the sole source of this olfactory profile.

Application

It is suitable for products maintaining healthy skin and a clean coat and for the hygiene of sensitive areas. Storage

Store natural sage essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +5°C to +20°C to prevent oxidation and the loss of beneficial properties. After opening, limit the amount of air in the packaging, and as the contents decrease, transfer the remainder into a smaller, clean and dry bottle. Use only aluminium or glass bottles for animal products, preferably made of dark glass, which protect the essential oil for animals from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and moisture from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the aroma and quality of the product for a longer period.
