The place of the species in the botanical system is in the Lamiaceae family. The raw material comprises the stalk together with the leaves and flowers, separated from the stems, and it is precisely this combination that carries the complete aromatic matter for the extraction. Steam distillation yields a liquid whose aromatic profile reproduces the herbal character of the starting mass and takes on no foreign tones in the final distillate. Storage

Store organic thyme hydrolate in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +4°C to +10°C to limit the growth of microorganisms. After opening, use the contents within 6 months and limit the amount of air in the container.
