We present natural spruce needle hydrolate for drinks, whose raw material is the needles of the plant Picea abies. The extraction is carried out with steam, and this production method links the finished liquid with the fresh needles of the tree in every processing run. The aroma has great strength, and the fresh side is complemented by the resinous side and the forest nuances throughout the aromatic course of the liquid. The trees are grown naturally, in a way that excludes chemical agents and artificial fertilizers in the plantations throughout the entire growing season. The clean cultivation method is also reflected in the composition, which is why the liquid carries only substances from the needles. The genus belongs to the Pinaceae family, and the plantations are located in Bulgaria. The needles are collected for production, while the cones and branches are set aside. The color ranges from colorless to a pale yellow hue. The pale yellow hue comes from the substances that the needles release into the aqueous phase. Storage
