Description
We present natural mimosa wax for cosmetics, obtained from the species Acacia decarrens. In international practice, the product is designated as Mimosa natural wax for cosmetics. The designation covers a solid and dense material with a tone between light yellow and golden. The tone is due to the inflorescences used, whose yellow pigments enter the mass and set its entire light range up to golden. The mass beneath this tone remains compact and solid, so the volatile substances are released very slowly and in small amounts. The fragrance relies on lightness and airiness, and the honey nuance completes it and gives it a rounded character. The entire profile stems from the plant raw material, as nothing else enters the entirely natural composition. Preservatives and colorants have no share in it, and the golden part of the range depends only on the inflorescences and their inherent natural pigments. The purity is complemented by the natural care of the plantations in Bulgaria, in which synthetic auxiliary agents are kept away throughout the entire active growing season. The plantations consist of evergreen trees whose place is in the Fabaceae family. The family includes the leguminous plants, and this species develops small globular inflorescences in an intense yellow tone, arranged across its entire wide crown. The inflorescences undergo wax extraction, which preserves the honeyed lightness in the final material. In addition, each volume originates from one and the same area, which brings the scent, tone and density closer together. Mimosa wax retains these characteristics in a compact body. The compact body carries a large reserve of volatile components in a small overall volume.

Application
Natural mimosa wax is widely used in the production of a variety of skin and hair care products. It is incorporated into face creams, including day and night formulas, as well as eye contour creams, neck and décolleté creams and products intended for sensitive or mature skin. It is suitable for lip balms with a delicate floral character, nourishing serums and face masks with a softening and firming action. It is part of the composition of body lotions and nourishing body milks, hand and foot creams that protect the skin from drying out, as well as anti-wrinkle creams on a natural wax base. It is used in cleansing and massage creams, after-shave products and beard balms with a soft floral profile. It also finds a place in hair care, where it is included in shampoos, conditioners and masks, imparting freshness and softness. Thanks to its wax structure, the product contributes to a stable texture and a protective barrier, which makes it a valuable raw material in cosmetics for daily and specialized use.

Storage

Store natural mimosa wax in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature from +10°C to +25°C to preserve the solid consistency and quality. After opening, limit air access and isolate the product from external odors, which the wax readily absorbs. Use only aluminum or glass containers, preferably made of dark glass, which protect the wax from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and moisture from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the aroma and quality of the product for a longer period.
