Description
We present organic ginger essential oil for perfumery, obtained from a plant with the botanical name Zingiber officinale. The product is known as Ginger organic essential oil for perfumery. The liquid contains only fully organic essential oil from the roots. Neither preservatives nor colourants take part in building this composition. The organic cultivation of the crop excludes synthetic interventions, which is why only the compounds that the plant itself builds in its underground parts enter the volatile fraction. The volatile fraction defines the olfactory profile of the product, in which spicy and citrus notes intertwine with the warm density of the plant raw material. The scent maintains a warm and soft intensity throughout its whole range. The citrus nuance comes from the monoterpene aldehydes, while the sesquiterpenes are responsible for the spicy depth of the profile. The root raw material gives the oil a dark yellow to golden hue, and its consistency remains liquid and mobile. The plant from which the raw material comes belongs to the family Zingiberaceae together with other tropical spice species. The part used comprises the roots, since the underground mass of the species accumulates the volatile compounds. The plantations are located in Bulgaria, and the entire raw material used originates from there. Steam distillation separates only the volatile constituents of the roots, so the olfactory profile of the product remains pure and close to the original plant raw material. In addition, zingiberene stands out among the sesquiterpenes, carrying the characteristic warmth of the oil. The aromatic profile of the product retains its warm root character.

Application
Ginger essential oil finds application in perfumery, where it brings spicy and warm accents with a deep earthy character. It is used to build warm base notes and memorable top notes, for oriental compositions with depth and sensuality and for making energising daytime perfumes. The oil balances sweet, fruity and floral essences, giving them a spicy contrast, and it combines well with vanilla, sandalwood and citrus notes for synergistic and dynamic fragrances. Because of its warm character it is preferred for autumn and winter perfume series, for festive scents and for warming amber accents. It finds its place in men's perfumes with a woody-spicy profile, in expressive unisex and women's compositions, as well as in niche, designer and handcrafted fragrances with an organic base. It is incorporated into luxury body oils, perfume sprays for fabrics, shower gels and deodorants with a perfume character, into spa products and scented candles with a spicy soul. It is also applied in scented hair products, in aroma diffusers and in aromatherapeutic perfumes with a therapeutic orientation. Due to its organic origin the oil is valued in organic-certified and ecological perfume lines without synthetic supplements, aimed at expressive, recognisable and nature-inspired fragrances.

Storage

Store organic ginger essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature from +5°C to +20°C to prevent oxidation and the loss of beneficial properties. After opening, limit the amount of air in the packaging, and when the contents decrease, pour the remainder into a smaller, clean and dry bottle. Use only aluminium or glass bottles for perfumery products, preferably of dark glass, which protect the essential oil for perfumery from light. Close tightly after each use so that air and moisture do not penetrate. Observing these conditions preserves the aroma and quality of the product for a longer period.
