Our natural clary sage essential oil for supplements is obtained from the plant with the botanical name Salvia sclarea. The product is offered under the name Clary Sage natural essential oil for supplements in international practice. The composition includes only the substances of the raw material itself and accepts no added preservatives. Colourants are absent from it, since the natural cultivation of the crop predetermines the entirely plant-based character of the whole content in the finished essential oil. The plant-based character is evident in the homogeneous liquid mass of the product. The liquid mass takes on a colour somewhere between colourless and a pale yellowish shade. The light colour is linked to the aboveground part used, whose volatile compounds remain colourless, while the pigments are retained in the tissue. The aroma ranges between a medium and a strong degree of intensity. The intensity encompasses a fresh and slightly sweet character with a clearly perceptible floral-fruity direction. The direction of the scent is formed in the glandular hairs characteristic of the species from the family Lamiaceae. Storage
