We present organic yarrow hydrolate for drinks, obtained from the species Achillea Millefolium. The product bears the name White Yarrow Organic Hydrolat. The plantations are cultivated organically, which determines the purity of the composition and explains the absence of added auxiliary substances in the finished liquid. The ingredients remain organic, and no preservatives or colorants are added either to the raw material or to the distillate. Extraction is carried out with steam, as this method keeps the aromatic profile of the plant mass unchanged and introduces no foreign substances. The scent combines a sweet and herbal direction, complemented by spicy notes. The strength of the aroma stays at a medium level. The raw material comes from the stalk of the plant, which includes flowers, stems and leaves. The shade of the liquid starts from faint yellow, passes through yellow-green and reaches faint blue. The blue shade is due to chamazulene, which forms from matricin during steam distillation, so the nuance comes from the plant mass itself. The species belongs to the Asteraceae family, and all of the plant raw material originates from Bulgaria. The product is offered in liquid form. Storage
