We present natural yarrow hydrolate for supplements, obtained from the stalk of the species Achillea millefolium. The product is known as White Yarrow natural hydrolate for supplements. The plant develops glandular hairs arranged in two rows on the flowers, stems and leaves of the entire aerial part. The internal tissues of the stem and its leaves contain a canal-shaped endogenous secretory tissue. The constituents described for the species include caryophyllene, bisabolol, sabinene, borneol and pinene. According to botanical classification, the species belongs to the Asteraceae family. Steam distillation is indicated as the extraction method, and it determines the purity of the aroma of the finished aqueous distillate. The scent remains at a medium level, with the sweet and herbal lines going together with the spicy notes. The hydrolate ranges from colorless to pale yellow. The stalk is the part used, so the entire aerial material, together with the flowers, stems and leaves of the plant, contributes to the color of the distillate.
