Description

We offer organic white fir hydrolate for drinks, obtained from the plant of the species Abies alba. Outside Bulgaria, the product bears the name White Fir organic hydrolate for drinks. The aroma is of medium strength, and the scent combines a sweet and herbal direction with clearly perceptible spicy notes. The product is obtained by steam distillation of the needle mass. The purity of the scent comes from the extraction method itself, as steam distillation leaves no room for foreign substances in the resulting liquid. The raw material is taken from the needles. Among the constituents of the needle oil of this species, limonene, pinene, camphene and bornyl acetate stand out. The hydrolate ranges from colorless to pale yellow. The classification assigns the tree to the Pinaceae family. The plantations are grown in Bulgaria under an organic regime, which is observed throughout the entire cycle of growth and preparation of the raw material. Organic cultivation keeps the composition pure, so no preservatives or colorants enter it during any processing. The distillate remains a clear liquid with a uniform consistency. In addition, the strength of the scent remains moderate with every processing of the harvested needles. The processing affects only the needles, while the other organs of the tree remain untouched by it. Storage

Store organic white fir hydrolate in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +4°C to +10°C to limit the growth of microorganisms. After opening, use the contents within 6 months and limit the amount of air in the container. Use only aluminum or glass bottles for drink products, preferably dark glass, which protect the drink hydrolate from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and contaminants from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the quality and safety of the product for a longer period.
