Description

Our organic tansy essential oil for pharmaceuticals is obtained from the plant with the botanical name Tanacetum Vulgare. The product is offered under the name Tansy organic essential oil for pharmaceuticals. The plant belongs to the Asteraceae family, whose members inhabit a large part of Europe and extend northwards as far as the temperate continental latitudes. The European range also reaches Bulgaria, where the plantings for our raw material are maintained. The flowers come from these plantings and are picked at the height of the species' full bloom. The flowers undergo steam distillation and release their volatile substances into the finished liquid. Distillation transfers only the volatile portion into the liquid, so the scent of the product remains pure and close to the fresh plant raw material of the species. The pure scent emerges as strong and fresh, with a minty note and a slight sweetness at its base. The minty note unfolds in a liquid with a rich blue-green tone. The tone comes from the flowers of the plant, as the precursors of azulene compounds accumulate in them even before the oil itself is extracted. The rich colouring and full scent are among the advantages of the liquid. These advantages are complemented by the single plant source, together with the organic cultivation of the raw material. Organic cultivation also determines the composition of the product, which remains entirely organic in every aspect. The composition is made up solely of volatile plant substances, without added preservatives. Artificial colourants are also absent from the tansy oil blend.

The oil is included in products for supporting circulation and cardiovascular health, improving sleep and reducing tension, as well as in detergents for protecting the skin from external influences. Storage

Store organic tansy essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +5°C to +20°C to prevent oxidation and changes in quality. After opening, limit the amount of air in the packaging and, as the contents decrease, transfer the remainder to a smaller, clean and dry bottle. Use only aluminium or glass bottles for pharmaceutical products, preferably dark glass, which protect the essential oil for pharmaceuticals from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and moisture from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the quality and safety of the product for a longer period.
