We offer natural St. John's wort essential oil for cosmetics, obtained from the plant Hypericum perforatum. The product is offered under the name St. John's Wort natural essential oil for cosmetics. The oil is a mobile liquid with a pale yellow colour. The colour comes from the flowers that take part in the extraction and remains the same throughout the whole volume of the liquid. The liquid gives off a warm and soft aroma with a herbal and slightly sweet character. The aroma comes from the flowers of a species of the family Hypericaceae, whose natural range extends from temperate Europe to Northwest Africa and China. The range also includes Bulgaria, where the raw material for our product comes from. The Bulgarian flowers are picked in full bloom, since they then carry the volatile fraction that passes into the oil during the gentle steam distillation. Steam distillation preserves the volatile substances and therefore makes the scent pure. The purity of the scent goes together with its soft character and with the pale tone of the liquid. In addition, the raw material comes from the natural range of the species, where the perennial plant develops its volatile profile in the temperate biome of Europe. Storage
