We offer organic rosehip fruit hydrolate for drinks, which originates from the species Rosa canina. In international practice, the distillate is known as Rosehip organic hydrolate for drinks. The source of the extraction is steam, which is why the fresh sweetness of the scent remains clear and stable throughout the profile of the product. The species belongs to the Rosaceae family and grows on Bulgarian land. The aroma keeps its strength high, and its fresh, sweet and rich sides are clearly perceptible. The crop is managed under an organic regime. For this reason, the composition includes the fruit substances, comes without preservatives and without colorants, and preserves the original simplicity of the finished liquid itself. The raw material is provided by the ripe fruit, in which the fleshy hypanthium holds the cluster of true fruitlets and defines the fruity fullness of the entire extract obtained. The color stays between colorless and a light red tone. The product is a clear and uniform liquid. Mainly those volatile substances whose solubility in water is high are retained in the liquid part, among them alcohols and esters, which is why the scent comes through purely. The hypanthium conceals short stiff hairs on the inside, which do not reach the finished liquid and leave its final appearance pure and completely uniform. Carotenoids, tocopherols and phenolic compounds fill the fleshy envelope around the fruitlets. Since the extract originates from the fleshy envelope, the light red tone goes hand in hand with the origin and structure of the entire original fruit raw material. Storage

Store organic rosehip fruit hydrolate in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +4°C to +10°C to limit the growth of microorganisms. Use only aluminum or glass bottles for drink products, preferably dark glass, which protect the hydrolate for drinks from light.
