We present organic Rose Alba hydrolate for supplements, obtained from the flower mass of a plant with the botanical name Alba Mill. The aromatic water bears the name Rose Alba Organic Hydrolat. Under the organic regime, the gardens remain free of outside influence, which is why the composition of the liquid is limited solely to substances from the flower itself, without foreign preservatives and without colorants. The species belongs to the botanical family Rosales, and the crops occupy cultivated Bulgarian land. Steam distillation determines the clear aromatic profile, as it retains only the volatile part of the entire flower mass from the surrounding gardens. The color picture of the final liquid ranges from colorless to light pink. The aroma reaches a high degree of overall expression in this species. The fragrance rests on a fresh, soft and sweet base of the distillate. The product remains liquid throughout its entire available volume. The conical cells in the epidermis of the petals release the aromatic substances of the flower and thus determine the rich character of the entire harvested flower raw material. Phenylethyl alcohol holds the leading position among the substances of aqueous rose distillates by its share. Geraniol takes a more prominent position relative to citronellol in the aqueous fraction of the white oil-bearing rose. Citronellol and nerol are also counted among the volatile fraction of this species. In addition, the light color of the liquid and the flower base of the raw material are closely connected, since the petals give only a slight pink hue. It is precisely the petals that carry the main share of the volatile substances of the raw material. Storage
