We offer organic lovage root essential oil for drinks, obtained from the species Levisticum officinale. In international practice the liquid is designated as Lovage root organic essential oil for drinks. The liquid retains a homogeneous consistency, and its colour covers the range from yellow-green to deep dark brown, which comes from the roots of the plant used. The colour is combined with a warm and soft scent, in which the earthy and woody base passes into a sweet-spicy finish of gentle strength. The scent remains recognisable throughout the entire olfactory profile of the product. The roots give a fully organic composition, free of preservatives and colourants. Organic cultivation in the plantations stands behind this purity and determines the natural origin of every compound in the finished essential oil. The plantations in Bulgaria bring together plants of the family Apiaceae with fleshy underground roots. The family brings together perennial aromatic herbs whose underground parts concentrate the largest share of the essential fraction.
