Description

Our natural linden blossom hydrolate for detergents is obtained from the plant with the botanical name Tilia cordata. In international practice, the liquid is designated as Linden Blossom natural hydrolate for detergents. The plant belongs to the Malvaceae family, and its inflorescence develops in the form of a cyme. Pollination takes place through insects that move between the individual flowers. A tongue-shaped membranous bract is fused to the flower stalk, and it is processed together with the inflorescence. The extraction relies on steam, which accounts for the purity of the aroma that preserves the floral base of the entire processed floral raw material. Only the flowers are used for distillation. The liquid shows a color between colorless and slightly yellowish. The consistency remains liquid, clear and homogeneous. A mild strength stands behind the aroma, and its profile combines a spicy, a floral and an herbal side. The volatile part of the flower carries farnesol, nerol, limonene, terpineol and citronellol, so the soft scent provides more than one aromatic layer in the finished product. Since the trees grow naturally, the composition remains completely pure and contains no preservatives or colorants. The harvest comes from plantations in Bulgaria. In addition, the aromatic substances are lost quickly when the raw material has a high moisture content, while the condition of the flowers determines how much of the scent reaches the liquid. The light tone of the distillate results from the floral part, and the purity of the aroma is due to the steam method of extraction. Application

It is used in bathroom and kitchen solutions, in dishwashing agents and in all-purpose household cleaning formulas. The ingredient is also included in floor care products, in disinfecting solutions for sanitary facilities, and in agents for removing unpleasant odors from textiles and furniture. The hydrolate is also used in the preparation of solutions for cleaning kitchen appliances, tiles and grout, as well as in solutions intended for maintaining hygiene in offices and public spaces. The ingredient gives finished products a refreshing final aroma without overwhelming the senses, which also makes it suitable for formulas for everyday household cleanliness.

Storage

Store natural linden blossom hydrolate in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +4°C to +10°C to limit the growth of microorganisms. After opening, use the contents within 6 months and limit the amount of air in the container. Use only aluminum or glass bottles for detergent products, preferably dark glass, which protect the hydrolate for detergents from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and contaminants from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the freshness and quality of the product for a longer period.
