The product is known as Chamomile German organic essential oil for drinks among international buyers. The product owes its pure aroma to steam distillation, which lets only the volatile substances from the fresh or dried flower heads pass into the liquid. The distillation preserves the connection with the raw material, as only the flowers of the blooming plant are used for it. The flowers come from organic plantations, which is why the composition fully retains its organic character. The organic composition turns into a clear and transparent liquid with a colour ranging from colourless to pale yellow. The pale yellow appears because of the yellow tubular florets, whose natural pigments partially pass into the distillate.
