Behind this name stands a composition that brings together only substances of plant origin. The composition is entirely natural, and additives such as preservatives and colorants are absent. The purity of the composition results from natural cultivation in Bulgaria, where synthetic auxiliary agents remain far from the plants throughout the entire growth period. The plants are perennial herbs with a creeping rhizome that belong to the Geraniaceae family. The family includes species with aromatic leaves, and this species grows on rocky slopes high in the mountains of the Balkans and in their neighboring regions. The leaves carry the strongest aroma, and it is precisely they that serve as the raw material for this product. The leaf raw material determines the pale yellow to light greenish tone, as its pigments pass into the mass together with the volatile substances. The mass retains a solid and dense form, which holds the volatile components and prolongs their presence in the finished product. The volatile components build a strong fragrance in which sweetness and freshness are complemented by a clearly perceptible citrus nuance at its very end. Wax extraction preserves this fragrance and transfers its components to the final material in unchanged form. Added to formulations for solid or semi-solid products, the wax provides a stable texture, improves spreadability and helps retain the active ingredients on the skin surface. It is suitable for inclusion in cosmetic formulas for dogs, cats and other domestic animals, and it is combined with plant oils, seed oils and essential oils to achieve the desired protective effect. It is advisable to perform a preliminary tolerance test before introducing it into a new formulation.

Storage

Store natural geranium wax in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature from +10°C to +25°C to preserve the solid consistency and quality. After opening, limit air access and isolate the product from external odors, which the wax readily absorbs. Use only aluminum or glass containers, preferably made of dark glass, which protect the wax from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and moisture from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the aroma and quality of the product for a longer period.
