We present natural coriander seed hydrolate for supplements, and the plant with the botanical name Coriandrum sativum grows in Bulgaria. It is known as Coriander Seed natural hydrolate for supplements in international trade. In umbellifers, the volatile substances are stored in schizogenous canals of the pericarp, and the seeds carry them through to distillation. Each seed is botanically a dry schizocarp with longitudinal ribs. The extraction is carried out with steam, and therefore the final liquid carries only the raw material's own aromatic composition. The colorless base allows a faint yellowish deviation, which comes from the seed part and does not exceed this limit. The soft tone determines the strength of the aroma.
