The pale hue results from the part used, as the oil comes exclusively from the ripe seeds. The seeds release a sharp scent with a sweet and spicy base and a light citrus finish. The scent is carried over entirely into the finished product, and steam distillation separates only the volatile ingredients from the seeds and preserves the purity of the profile. Storage

Store natural coriander seed essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
