Description
We offer organic coriander leaf hydrolate for foods, obtained from the plant Coriandrum sativum. The product is offered under the name Coriander Leaf organic hydrolate for food. Bulgarian plantations provide the land on which the crops develop, and the leaf harvest comes entirely from there. Organic farming determines the method of cultivation and leaves its mark on the entire further path of the raw material to the finished liquid. Preservatives and colorants do not enter the liquid, as the organic approach excludes such additives during cultivation and during the extraction of the leaf mass. Only the leaves of the plant are processed. The freshly mown leaf mass enters extraction soon after harvest, which preserves its original character and maintains the soft aromatic volume of the finished liquid. Steam is behind the extraction and explains the clear aromatic profile of the liquid, in which heavy constituents are absent. The liquid consistency of the product remains uniform. The color range starts at colorless and reaches slightly yellowish. The light tone comes from the leaf raw material, while external dyes do not take part in shaping the color picture. The aroma of the liquid carries a soft and restrained strength. The sweet opening passes into a spicy and herbal part, and the three nuances remain connected in a unified and recognizable aromatic profile of the finished distillate. Its kinship with the Apiaceae places the plant among the herbaceous umbelliferous species without a woody part. The secretory oil ducts of umbellifers run through the leaves and stems, so the green mass gathers aromatic substances in sufficient volume for distillation. Leaf coriander leaves its green and spicy trace in the finished liquid.
