We present organic black pepper essential oil for perfumery, obtained from the plant with the botanical name Piper nigrum. The oil bears the name Black Pepper organic essential oil for perfumery. Its content is defined as entirely organic and comes without preservatives and without colourants. The pure composition is due to organic cultivation, in which the raw material grows without synthetic support on land with traditional soil management. Cultivation takes place in Bulgaria, and the harvest is limited to the ripe fruits of the climbing plant, which thrives in a warm climate. The fruit carries the volatile fraction characteristic of the members of the Piperaceae family, whose species accumulate aromatic substances in their fruits. The fraction is separated by steam distillation, which retains the light constituents, and therefore the aroma remains pure and true to the raw material in the finished product. The aroma unfolds from spicy pungency towards a warm herbal base, and its strength remains pronounced throughout the entire development of the olfactory profile. Storage
