Mechanical separation preserves the olfactory profile, as the aromatic components of the flowers remain unchanged and reach the finished liquid in their original form. The profile remains herbal and slightly bitter with woody notes, and its strength ranges between weak and moderate. The thin consistency complements the moderate olfactory character and allows the product to flow easily when poured. The colour of the product comes from the flowers used for extraction and therefore depends directly on the part used and its natural pigment composition. Storage
