Description
Our organic rosehip seed CO2 select extract for aromatherapy is obtained from the seeds of the plant Rosa canina. The concentrate bears the name Rosehip ( seeds ) organic CO2 select extract for aromatherapy. The shrub grows in hedgerows, forest edges and thickets and prefers heavy soils, and our organic land in Bulgaria lies on similar terrain. The organic cultivation of the land takes place without synthetic agents. The organic regime keeps the harvest pure, which is why preservatives and colorants do not enter the liquid phase. The Rosaceae family groups the species together with a number of shrub genera with thorns on the young stems. The part used is limited solely to the seeds of the shrub. The color of the finished phase ranges from dark red to orange, as carotenoid pigments pass over together with the volatile substances. The separation of the volatile part is carried out with supercritical carbon dioxide. The dioxide is drawn off completely, so the liquid phase emerges free of residual solvents and of side nuances in the profile of the scent. The scent moves along a scale from medium strength to intoxicating density at close contact. The light spicy nuance sets the tone and outlines the edge of the whole picture without a sharp finish in the overall impression. The consistency behaves as a liquid with even movement along the walls of the container. The orange side is visible in a thin spread, while the dark red prevails in a dense volume on a light and dry base without external interference. The volatile part arrives whole and without gaps in the overall impression. The intoxicating upper limit is noticeable even with a truly negligible amount on cool stone.
Application
Rosehip seed CO2 select extract is applied in aromatherapy as a carrier oil for diluting essential oils and composing aromatic blends. Its rich content of carotenoids, tocopherols and polyunsaturated fatty acids makes it a valuable base for massage oils with a calming and balancing effect on the skin and the senses. Added in small amounts to aromatic mixtures for diffusers and aroma lamps, it provides gentle warmth and complements the volatile aromatic notes with a grounding, velvety depth. In meditation and relaxation practices, it is used on its own or in combination with lavender, rose and sandalwood oils to create a harmonious aromatic atmosphere. When preparing oils for scented candles and home fragrance products, the extract gives the finished product a warm character. Its aroma with a slightly spicy nuance fits naturally into a wide range of floral, oriental and fresh aromatic concepts, which makes it a preferred ingredient in organic aromatherapy studios and in individual well-being care practices.
Storage
Store organic rosehip seed CO2 select extract in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +5°C to +20°C, and in this way you will prevent oxidation and loss of properties. Limit the presence of air in the opened packaging and pour the remaining amount into a smaller clean and dry container. Use only aluminum or glass bottles for aromatherapy products, preferably made of dark glass, which protect the extract for aromatherapy from light. Do not leave the container open, as air and moisture impair the parameters. When the conditions are observed, the aroma and quality are preserved longer.
Attention !!!
Please use rosehip seed extract according to the described instructions and follow the safety recommendations. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes, and in case of contact rinse well with water. Discontinue use of rosehip seed extract if an allergy such as redness or irritation appears.
