Description
We present natural clove leaf essential oil for perfumery, obtained from the plant Syzygium aromaticum. The product is known as Clove natural essential oil for perfumery. The oil is offered with a composition free from preservatives and colourants, which determines its entirely natural purity. Natural cultivation lies behind this purity, as the plantations develop without synthetic intervention and impart to the raw material a natural content of volatile substances. The raw material comes from an evergreen tree in the Myrtaceae family. The plantations are located in Bulgaria, and only the leaves of the crown are used for extraction. The leaves contain oil glands, which retain the aromatic substances until the moment of distillation. Steam distillation transfers these substances into the liquid phase, and therefore the aromatic profile remains pure and close to its natural character. The profile is distinguished by a strong and rich character, in which the spicy and woody sides go together. The product remains liquid, and its colour ranges between light brown and light yellow. The colour depends directly on the plant part used, because the green leaf mass yields a light distillate during the gentle extraction of the volatile constituents. Eugenol carries the main weight of the spiciness in the scent. The woody side of the same scent comes from beta-caryophyllene and alpha-humulene. Eugenyl acetate complements the volatile range of the clove oil together with other minor constituents. Storage

Store natural clove leaf essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Maintain a temperature of +5°C to +20°C to prevent oxidation and the loss of beneficial properties. After opening, limit the amount of air in the packaging, and as the contents decrease, transfer the remainder into a smaller, clean and dry bottle. Use only aluminium or glass bottles for perfumery products, preferably made of dark glass, which protect the essential oil for perfumery from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and moisture from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the aroma and quality of the product for a longer period.
