Description
We present natural clary sage essential oil for detergents from Ukraine, obtained from the species with the botanical name Salvia sclarea. The product is known as Clary Sage natural essential oil for detergents. The species belongs to the extensive Lamiaceae family, and its group includes plants with essential oils in their aboveground organs. The plants of this group go through a biennial or perennial cycle in the conditions of the temperate climate. Our plantations are located in Ukraine, where the crop grows under a natural regime. The Ukrainian origin and the cultivation regime form the basis of the advantages that our oil offers. The advantages are complemented by the choice of the stalk, which enters steam distillation as the only plant part used. Steam distillation transfers the volatile substances of the stalk unchanged, which is why the olfactory character remains pure and close to the original raw material of the plant. The olfactory character combines freshness, light sweetness and warmth, while the intensity of the fragrance reaches a medium to strong level in our liquid. The consistency remains liquid, and the colour stays in the pale yellowish part of the scale. The colour comes from the aboveground stalk, as the green tissue releases only weak pigments during the extraction of the volatile substances from the raw material. The composition remains entirely natural, without the involvement of preservatives and colourants. The cultivation regime determines the purity of the composition, which includes only substances accumulated by the plant itself in the Ukrainian plantations. In addition, the liquid retains the entire complex of volatile substances from the aboveground raw material. The aboveground stalk remains the only part in our liquid.

Application
Natural clary sage essential oil serves in household and professional detergents as an aromatic ingredient. Detergents use the raw material primarily for its scent, which determines its contribution to the finished composition of household products. The scent carries freshness, light sweetness and warmth. The raw material also has a liquid consistency, which facilitates its incorporation into liquid household products, such as laundry detergents and dishwashing liquids. In addition, all-purpose cleaners for various surfaces include the raw material in their perfume composition. The composition of air fresheners also contains the oil, which fragrances rooms. The role of the oil in all these products is aromatic, as the raw material enters the perfume compositions that manufacturers of household products incorporate into the final product. In them, the oil combines with other substances that together shape the scent of the final product. It is through these compositions that its scent also reaches laundry detergents for high-efficiency machines.

Storage

Store natural clary sage essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +5°C to +20°C to prevent oxidation and the loss of beneficial properties. After opening, limit the amount of air in the packaging, and as the contents decrease, transfer the remainder into a smaller, clean and dry bottle. Use only aluminium or glass bottles for detergents, preferably made of dark glass, which protect the essential oil for detergents from light. Close tightly after each use so that air and moisture do not penetrate. Compliance with these conditions preserves the aroma and quality of the product for a longer period.
