Description
Our organic mountain chamomile essential oil for supplements originates from the species Matricaria chamomilla. In international practice, the liquid is referred to as Chamomile Wild organic essential oil for supplements. The species grows in Bulgaria, where the plantations are maintained organically. The plantations there occupy open land and provide the original plant material. Botanically, the species belongs to the Asteraceae family, whose members form small inflorescences on a branched and upright stalk. The inflorescences bear the flowers, and it is these that serve for the extraction of the essential fraction, while the remaining parts of the plant do not take part in it. The flowers undergo steam distillation, which is why the olfactory profile remains pure and close to the natural character of the flower raw material itself. The pure profile accompanies the entirely organic composition, in which neither preservatives nor colourants are involved. The composition retains this purity thanks to organic farming, which does not allow synthetic fertilisers and detergents on the cultivated land. The liquid consistency of the product combines with an intense olfactory strength and a uniform appearance. The strength comes from the fresh scent, which carries a light spicy hint over a warm base. Freshness and warmth balance each other in the overall olfactory profile of the liquid. The scent accompanies a pale blue to greyish-green tone, the source of which is chamazulene, formed from matricine in the flower heads of the plant. Storage

Store organic mountain chamomile essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Maintain a temperature of +5°C to +20°C to prevent oxidation and changes in quality. After opening, limit the amount of air in the packaging, and as the contents decrease, pour the remainder into a smaller, clean and dry bottle. Use only aluminium or glass bottles for dietary supplements, preferably made of dark glass, which protect the essential oil for supplements from light.
