We present organic carrot seed hydrolate for supplements, obtained from the plant Daucus carota. In international practice, the product is referred to as Carrot Seed organic hydrolate for supplements. The botanical family Apiaceae unites the plant species that provided this raw material. The secretory canals in the pericarp collect the volatile fraction, while the ripe fruit splits into ribbed single-seeded mericarps. The seeds enter the extraction as the only plant part of the fruit. Steam distillation transfers mainly the volatile substances of the seed mass into the finished aqueous phase, which is why the earthy tone in the distillate remains clear and stable. Storage
