Description

We present natural carrot seed hydrolate for supplements, whose raw material comes from the species Daucus carota. The distillate bears the name Carrot Seed natural hydrolate for supplements. Botanical systematics places the species in the family Apiaceae. The raw material for processing consists of seeds collected from plantations in Turkey, where the plant finds a suitable place for itself. Cultivation follows natural practice, in which the plants receive no artificial support and remain without external protective agents throughout their entire growth. The composition of the distillate is formed solely by substances that have passed from the seeds, so no foreign impurities enter the finished liquid. Preservatives and colorants have no part in the composition. Steam is used for extraction, so the scent retains its earthy purity and takes on no tones foreign to the original seed raw material. The strength of the aroma remains moderate. The earthy and warm tone leads the aromatic profile, while a light sweet nuance complements it at the end. Application

The ampoules and syrups contain the hydrolate in their water base, since aromatic waters serve as a flavored liquid carrier for plant extracts and vitamins. The carrier contributes an earthy and warm scent with a light sweetness. The sweetness complements the flavor profile of liquid forms with plant extracts. In addition, the raw material is used in fruit-flavored chewable jelly tablets, where it forms the aqueous phase of the pectin gelling mass. The colorless to slightly red distillate does not change the tone of the gelling mass, so the tablets retain their natural color. The tablets and syrups combine carrot seed hydrolate with natural orange and lemon juice. Ampoules with plant extracts and vitamins contain the distillate as a liquid that masks their bitter aftertaste. Drinkable ampoules retain the distillate as the main flavoring ingredient of their water base.

Storage

Store the natural carrot seed hydrolate in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Maintain a temperature of +4°C to +10°C to limit the growth of microorganisms. After opening, use the contents within 6 months and limit the amount of air in the packaging. Use only aluminum or glass bottles for food supplements, preferably made of dark glass, which protect the supplement hydrolate from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and contaminants from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the quality and safety of the product for a longer period.
