Description
We offer organic unrefined apricot kernel carrier oil for cosmetics, obtained from a tree with the botanical name Prunus armeniaca. In international practice, the product is designated as Apricot Kernel organic unrefined carrier oil for cosmetics. The consistency of the liquid remains thin in each individual quantity. The colour occupies the range between light yellow and orange, with the shade coming from the kernels, whose pigment enters the oil during mechanical separation of the raw material. The sweet base leads the scent, the fruity notes follow immediately, and both impressions persist to the very end of the olfactory sequence. The intensity ranges from light to moderate without abrupt transitions. The restrained scent is based on cold pressing, since the pressure acts only mechanically and allows no heating of the kernels right to the end. Omitting refining leaves the appearance of the finished liquid natural throughout the volume. The tree belongs to the Rosaceae family, in which insects carry out pollination in most genera. The plantations develop outdoors in the southern regions of Bulgaria. The organic cultivation regime excludes synthetic detergents across the entire area, thus keeping the composition of the finished product pure to the end. It is also used in massage oils, eye-area care products, night care and lip balms, as well as in the production of solid butters and creamy body products. It is included in organic product lines without synthetic supplements, including shampoos, conditioners and hair oils with a hydrating effect. Because of its mild and gentle action, it is also suitable for use by children in personal care products where certified organic origin is required.

Storage

Store organic unrefined apricot kernel carrier oil in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +5°C to +20°C to prevent oxidation and loss of beneficial properties. After opening, limit the amount of air in the package, and as the contents decrease, transfer the remainder to a smaller, clean and dry bottle. Use only aluminium or glass bottles, preferably made of dark glass that protects the oil from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and moisture from entering. Following these conditions preserves the aroma and quality of the product for longer.
