We present organic anise hydrolate for drinks, obtained from the plant with the botanical name Pimpinella anisum. The product bears the name Aniseed organic hydrolate for drinks. The plant develops a fruit, which is the only part used in the extraction. The fruit comes from a species of the Apiaceae family and collects its volatile substances in its wall. Among these substances are linalool and farnesene, alongside the leading compound, which gives the raw material its sweetish depth and is present in it in the largest quantity. The substances accumulate in plantations on the territory of Bulgaria. The plantations are maintained organically and remain without synthetic agents, without mineral fertilization and without any other external intervention in the soil beneath them. The organic maintenance of the crops is evident in the composition of the liquid. The composition remains entirely organic and accepts no preservatives or colorants. The absence of additives directs the entire scent toward the fruit and toward the water that carries it throughout the whole volume.
