Description

Our organic anise hydrolate for detergents originates from the species Pimpinella anisum. The distillate bears the name Aniseed organic hydrolate for detergents. The distillate is obtained by steam extraction from the dried ripe fruits of the plant. The ripeness of the fruits determines the fullness of their volatile content. The content passes into the steam and from there into the aqueous phase, where it remains dissolved throughout the entire volume of the finished liquid. The aqueous phase takes on a scent of medium strength, whose herbal base gives way to a floral finish only at the end of the overall impression. The finish remains fine, as the water absorbs only the lightest soluble compounds of the fruit. The compounds have no coloring power, so the liquid stays clear and takes on a color ranging from colorless to pale yellow. The color remains pale throughout the entire volume. The volume is filled by an entirely organic composition. The composition includes the water from the extraction and the volatile substances that came from the fruit of the plant, while preservatives and colorants remain completely excluded from it. The fruit grows on a plant of the Apiaceae family. The plant thrives in Bulgaria, where growers manage the plantations organically and exclude synthetic chemicals from the protection and fertilization of the crops throughout the entire season. Organic management leaves the volatile content of the fruit unaltered by external intervention and by artificial additives in the soil beneath it. The absence of intervention and the aqueous medium determine the soft progression of the scent and, in addition, preserve the purity of the liquid throughout its entire volume. The fruit raw material gives this distillate a restrained herbal character.

Application
Anise hydrolate is used as a scenting and functional aqueous base in cleaning detergents for the home and professional environments. It is incorporated into all-purpose solutions for washing floor coverings, tiles and ceramic wall tiles, as well as into sprays for glass surfaces, where it imparts a soft herbal aroma. It is suitable for kitchen care formulas, including liquids for cleaning countertops and kitchen appliances, as well as for products for bathrooms, sanitary facilities, toilets and shower cabins. In cleaning foams, gels and concentrates, it adds a fresh anise note that remains discreet after the surface dries. It is also used in care products for furniture and wooden surfaces, in wipes for daily hygiene, as well as in sprays for scenting living and working spaces. Its use is appropriate in disinfecting solutions and degreasers, where it complements the action of the active ingredients with a pleasant smell. Professional users include it in cleaning solutions for offices, public areas and terraces, while manufacturers of household chemicals add it to eco-friendly washing formulas that call for a natural aromatic profile.

Storage

Store organic anise hydrolate in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +4°C to +10°C to limit the growth of microorganisms. After opening, use the contents within 6 months and limit the amount of air in the container. Use only aluminum or glass bottles for detergent products, preferably dark glass, which protect the hydrolate for detergents from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and contaminants from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the freshness and quality of the product for a longer period.
