Description

We present natural anise hydrolate for animals, obtained from the fruits of the species Pimpinella anisum. In the industry, the liquid is known as Aniseed natural hydrolate for animals. The liquid has an entirely natural composition and remains free of preservatives and colorants. The composition is limited to the aqueous base and the volatile constituents of the fruit dissolved in it, which pass into the liquid during extraction. The volatile constituents of the fruit determine the entire olfactory character. The fruit is the only part of the plant used in the extraction. The plant belongs to the Apiaceae family and grows in Bulgaria, where farmers cultivate it naturally, without synthetic chemical agents and without mineral additives in the soil. The soil in these plantations nourishes plants whose fruit retains an even volatile content. This even content reaches the liquid through steam distillation, since the steam carries only the light water-soluble part of the volatile constituents from the fruit. Distillation with steam gives the product softness and preserves the purity of the olfactory profile. In addition, the softness and purity rest on the natural origin of the raw material and on the absence of additives. The absence of additives leaves the anise fruit as the sole carrier of the scent, while the water serves only as a medium. The scent is carried by a clear and transparent liquid whose color ranges from colorless to pale yellow. Transparency is characteristic of the aqueous phase, which accompanies the steam distillation of aromatic plants and collects the soluble part of their volatile scent. The scent of the distillate maintains medium strength, and its herbal character passes into a floral tinge.

Application
Anise hydrolate is incorporated as an aromatic aqueous ingredient into a variety of products for farm animals and pets. Manufacturers of feed supplements and feed mixtures use it in formulas for stimulating appetite and supporting digestion in dogs, cats, horses, cows, goats, rabbits, pigs and birds, as well as in dietary supplements for fish. It is included in aqueous solutions for relieving stomach discomfort and gas in pets, as well as in veterinary formulas for respiratory support and for calming. In cosmetic care, the hydrolate is present in coat sprays, dog bathing products, skin refreshing waters and products for cleaning paws, where it adds a fresh herbal aroma. It is also suitable for oral hygiene products, ear and eye waters, and sprays for deodorizing and cleaning cages and bird nests. Thanks to its soft, sweet anise profile, it combines easily with other natural ingredients and gives a pleasant aromatic note to the finished products.

Storage

Store natural anise hydrolate in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature of +4°C to +10°C to limit the growth of microorganisms. After opening, use the contents within 6 months and limit the amount of air in the container. Use only aluminum or glass bottles for animal products, preferably dark glass, which protect the hydrolate for animals from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and contaminants from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the freshness and quality of the product for a longer period.

Attention !!!

Please use natural anise hydrolate according to the instructions and follow the safety recommendations. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if an allergy such as redness or irritation occurs.
